Synexar Advisory Board
We build procedural documentation software. The people who advise us practice medicine, run healthcare businesses, and ship hard technology. They keep us honest.
Who advises us
We name advisors here once each of them has agreed to be listed. Nothing goes up before that.
Who we look for
Three kinds of people, each for a different reason.
Practicing specialists who shape a Synexar module — anesthesia, pulmonology, orthopedics. A monthly working session, a review of how the workflow actually behaves, and introductions inside your specialty.
Healthcare marketing executives and operators who know ASCs and GI practices from the inside. You open doors that stay shut to a cold email.
Senior technologists who pressure-test the architecture, tell us where it breaks, and help us hire the people who will build the next part of it.
What we ask
Little, but specific. We would rather have a real hour than a title on a slide.
- A written one-line deliverable. Something concrete you own, agreed up front, so we both know what good looks like.
- A monthly cadence. One working session. We come prepared and we keep it to the hour.
- A twelve-month review. Both directions. If it is not working for either of us, we say so and part well.
What we give
Our advisor program is purely equity-based for now. Standard terms: two-year monthly vesting, no cliff, a standard advisor agreement. All grants subject to board approval.
We are early, and we would rather be straight about that than dress it up.
Talk to us
If one of those three profiles sounds like you, write to us directly. Tell us which module or which room you know well. No form, no pitch deck.
This page describes a program. It is not an offer of any kind — anything we agree is set out in a written advisor agreement, and any grant is subject to board approval.
