One case, step by step
Follow one case through one system.
This is the 32-second video from our homepage, slowed down. Scroll and it plays one step at a time, from the first check-in to the signed report.
-
01 · The problem
One case usually lives in six systems.
Check-in, consent, the scope itself, recovery, the registry and the claim are each kept somewhere different. Every handoff means retyping, and every retype is a chance for the record to drift.
Synexar keeps the whole case in one record, so each step picks up where the last one left off.
-
02 · Dictation
Dictate naturally. The report structures itself.
The physician talks the way they already do. Synexar fills in the procedure, indication, findings and plan as they speak, and the procedure images flow into the same report.
Nothing is final until the physician reviews it and signs.
-
03 · The report
A signed report, with every finding on the map.
Colonoscopy and EGD reports come out structured and ready to sign. Each finding is pinned on an anatomy map beside its labeled image, and CPT codes are suggested for human review.
Reports shown are samples with no patient data.
-
04 · Case Trace
Every stage of the case, traced.
Case Trace shows each step of one case: dictation, narrative, extraction, interventions, the CPT engine, NCCI and MUE checks, billing, human changes, the charge ticket and the signature.
Coding runs on fixed rules, every step is logged, and if something goes wrong you can see exactly where.
